Hurra, es ist wieder so weit! Die Pflägekraft der Herzen Sybille Bullatschek hat Ausgang in ihrem Seniorenheim und beehrt uns mit ihrem frischgeschriebenen Programm „VIP - Very Important Pflägekraft!“. Darin unterstreicht sie mal wieder, wie wichtig Pflägekräfte für die Gesellschaft sind, und dass eigentlich alle einen Oscar verdient hätten. Den gibt es zwar nicht bei ihr im Haus Sonnenuntergang, dafür wird aber der „Goldene Otterle“ verliehen, eine Trophäe, die nach ihrem Chef benannt ist, und um die sich keiner so wirklich reißt. Sybille büffelt auch in ihrem 5. Programm wieder eine Fremdsprache, um für den Ansturm ausländischer Pflägekräfte gewappnet zu sein. Diesmal hat es ihr Französisch angetan, was sich als noch komplizierter herausstellen soll als ihre bisherigen Sprachkurse in Englisch, Spanisch und Russisch.

Es wird wieder gesungen, getanzt, improvisiert - wie sich das für die Show von einem echten VIP gehört. Und mit Glück kann man nach der Show noch ein Foto mit dem Star erhaschen.
